Attendance

Attendance records when a member checks in and checks out. Each record can store the time, GPS location, a photo, and a note. The workspace decides the allowed places, the radius, whether a photo is required, and the standard hours in a working day.

Open Attendance in the left menu. The page has two tabs: Attendance and Reports.

Check-in from the installed app (Add to Home Screen), not from a normal mobile browser tab. That gate is enforced in the app interface. The standard working day is 8 hours unless an administrator changes it in Workspace Settings. Day boundaries use the workspace timezone, or Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh when that timezone is missing.

Check in or out

Open Attendance

Use the installed mobile app and open Attendance.

Submit the current time

A normal check uses the current time. Joy One infers check-in or check-out, matches the nearest configured location, and approves the record when the rules pass.

Send a manual request when you forgot

Choose a manual time and enter a reason. Manual requests stay pending until a manager approves or rejects them. The time cannot be in the future, and it cannot be earlier than the start of the previous month.

Reports

Inside Reports:

  • Members with attendance report access can switch between All members and My report.
  • Other members only see My report.
  • Calendar and list show the same days. Desktop defaults to a list for all members and a calendar for your own report. Mobile defaults to a list and can still open a compact calendar.

A working day is counted from total seconds worked against the standard hours, rounded to the nearest half day.

Photos

Attendance photos are kept for up to 60 days. After that, Joy One removes the photo and its file metadata. The check-in time and location snapshot stay, so older reports still have their hours.
