Tickets

Tickets is the service bill: the services performed for a customer, the supplies used, discounts, and the amount to collect. The left menu label is Tickets. In Vietnamese the menu reads Phiếu DV.

Tickets use the same pricing engine as Orders, but they are a separate list. A ticket can be paid more than once when the workspace allows multiple payments. Each payment creates a receipt. When that setting is off, Joy One updates the current pending receipt instead.

In a dental or clinic workspace, the usual path is Customer → Visit → one service ticket → Receipt. The visit is opened from Medical visits. A retail sale, such as a toothbrush, can still be a ticket with no visit.

Create a ticket

Open Tickets, or the visit

From the menu, click Tickets. From a visit, use the ticket panel inside the visit. The visit saves ticket edits on its own after a short pause. The standalone ticket form has a Save button.

Add services and supplies

Supplies open in a Consumables dialog. Extra supplies stay hidden until you show them. If stock is short, the total shows a warning. Saving from the visit does not repeat that warning as a toast. Pay still reports the error.

Take payment

Pay collects money against the ticket. You can collect a deposit on the first visit and the rest later on the same ticket. The price stays one bill across those visits.

You can read a customer’s tickets from other branches. You can edit, pay, or archive a ticket only when it belongs to a branch you can access. A ticket with no branch belongs to the main office.

The ticket can print a service form. When the ticket used supplies, it can also print a supply sheet. That sheet reads the lots that were actually issued.

Warranty & returns is available to members who manage warranty claims. It lists claims for this ticket and starts a new one from the supplies that were consumed. See Warranty claims. A warranty claim does not change this ticket’s totals.

What the list shows

The card shows the time, code, payment status, and items. The clinical status field is kept on the server and is not shown as a label in the app. The amount paid sits under the total. Pay stays in the footer.
