Product Management
Manage your entire product and service catalog — from simple items to complex combos, with stock tracking and category organization.
Product Types

Categories
Organize products into a tree of categories and sub-categories (e.g. Beverages → Hot → Coffee). Categories appear in the order form for easy selection.
Combos
A combo is a package of products or services sold at one price. Create it from Combos, not from this product list.
When the workspace has no combo yet, Combos opens Set up combos, and Create combos starts Create combo. After the first package exists, open the Configuration tab and create another package there. The Combos tab lists packages already granted to a customer. See Combos.
Services you sell on their own live in Services.
Stock
Quantities, lots, stock checks, and transfers live in Stocks. On the product form, Stock check turns tracking on for that item. It also sets Warning out of stock and Warning out of date. It does not enter the opening quantity. Receive stock from Stocks.
Adding a Product
Navigate to Products
Click Products in the left menu.
Create new
Click Create. The form title is Create product.
Fill details
Enter name, code, category, price, and the other fields on the form.
Stock check
Turn on Stock check when this item should be tracked. Set the warnings if you want them. Receive the first quantity from Stocks.
Save
Click Save. The product is immediately available in the order form.
Import / Export
Bulk-import products from CSV. Download the template, fill it in, and upload. All fields including images (by URL) are supported.
