Posts

Posts is where the workspace writes articles: news, guides, or product stories. Each post has a title, a unique slug, an excerpt, a rich-text body, an optional cover image, categories, and an optional linked product. A post can have several languages, and the AI assistant can help you write it, score its SEO, and translate it.

Watch the tutorial

The video is about 1 minute 15 seconds long and has Vietnamese subtitles. It walks through the whole flow: create a post, write with AI, complete the settings, evaluate SEO, translate to English, and publish.

Create and publish a post

Open Posts and create a post

Click Posts, then Create. You can also use Quick create in the top bar when that shortcut is on your menu.

Enter a title and the body

Type the title at the top, then write in the rich-text editor below. You can also let the AI assistant write for you.

Save a draft

For a new post, click Save draft once. From then on the post has its own address and is saved automatically about 2 seconds after your last edit.

Complete the settings

Open the Settings tab to fill in the slug, excerpt, SEO, and categories. See Post settings.

Publish

Click Publish. The post becomes Published.

Typing and autosave never publish a post. Only Publish makes it public.

Post settings

The Settings tab sits to the right of the editor.

FieldMeaning
Cover imageThe post’s thumbnail. Each language can have its own; without one, the post uses the default language’s image.
SlugThe post’s address. It is generated from the title on the first save. If that slug is already used, Joy One adds a number.
ExcerptA short summary, up to 300 characters.
SEO titleThe title shown in search results, up to 60 characters.
SEO descriptionThe description shown in search results, up to 160 characters.
CategoryA post can belong to several categories.
Product / Related productsLink the post to products or services.
Sort orderLower numbers appear first in the list.

Categories, products, and sort order are shared by all languages. Title, slug, excerpt, body, and SEO belong to each language.

Excerpt, SEO title, and SEO description each have a Write with AI button next to the field name. Click it and the AI proposes text right under the input. Click Apply to use it, or Dismiss to discard it.

Write with the AI assistant

Open the AI assistant tab to have the AI write the post.

Pick what to do

Choose Draft, Continue, Improve, Shorten, Expand, or Change tone.

Describe the request

The Brief box is optional. Say briefly what you want, such as the topic, the audience, and the main points.

Choose tone and length

Tone: Friendly, Professional, Persuasive, or Warm. Length: Short, Medium, or Long.

Click Write with AI

The AI writes and streams the text. Click Stop to interrupt it. The AI can search the web for reference; it does not copy text verbatim.

Review and insert

When the AI finishes, click Insert to put the text into the editor, Copy to use it elsewhere, or Retry to write it again.

Every AI result is a proposal. The AI never inserts text on its own and never publishes. You always review it before you click Insert.

Edit existing text: select a passage in the editor, click the AI button that appears, and choose the AI action to run on it. The result is still a proposal for you to review.

Complete post details: at the bottom of the AI assistant tab, the Excerpt, SEO title & description, and Category cards show whether each field is filled, with a Write with AI button to get a suggestion.

AI features need the AI assistant permission and the permission to manage posts. Without them the AI assistant tab is hidden.

Evaluate the SEO score

The SEO score sits in the editor footer, next to the word count.

Save the post

Save before you evaluate. Evaluate SEO only works on a saved post.

Click Evaluate SEO

The AI scores the post in the language you have open. It takes a few dozen seconds.

Read the result

The score appears as SEO score 84 / 100. Hover over it to see the focus keyword, the Passed criteria, the criteria To improve, and the Suggestions.

Apply suggestions

Click Apply suggestions to review each suggestion for the slug, SEO title, and SEO description. Nothing changes until you choose to apply it.

After you edit the post the score is marked as stale. Click Re-evaluate to refresh it.

Translate a post

Turn on a language for the workspace

Go to Workspace Settings → Operations, find Content languages, and add the language you need (for example English). The workspace’s own language is always on and cannot be removed.

Switch language in the post

At the top of the editor, open the language list and pick the language to add. A language with no content starts empty.

Translate with AI

Open the AI assistant tab and click Translate from Vietnamese (the source is the post’s default language). The AI translates the title and the whole body and keeps images, headings, lists, tables, links, and formatting. A long post takes about half a minute.

Check the result

The translation is saved right away. You can keep editing it like any other post.

If the language already has content, the button reads Re-translate from Vietnamese and Joy One asks you to confirm before replacing it. When the source is edited after the last translation, the translation is marked outdated so you can translate again.

Each language has its own slug. You can remove a translation with Remove this translation; the default language cannot be removed.

Post list

The list shows the cover image, title, categories, linked products, and status. The status column also shows the length (Short under 300 words, Medium 300–999 words, Long 1,000 words or more), the checklist progress, and short codes for the languages the post has (vi, en…).

Select several posts to add a category or archive them in bulk.

Before you publish

The Before you publish box at the bottom right reminds you of four items: add a title, add a cover image, add an excerpt, and add an SEO description. The checklist only warns; it never blocks Publish. The SEO score is separate and does not depend on the checklist.

Publish, edit, and unpublish

  • Publish stores the current form and makes the post public, for every language of the post.
  • On a published post, edits and autosave write only to the working copy. The public version does not change until you click Publish changes. Cover image, categories, products, and sort order are the exception: they take effect as soon as they are saved.
  • Unpublish returns the post to a draft and keeps its content.
  • Archive hides the post. It does not erase the body.

Viewing posts and managing posts are different permissions. A viewer sees the saved content in a read-only editor and does not join the live editing session.

Publish to Facebook or Zalo

On a saved post, the Social tab can send the article to a connected Facebook Page or Zalo OA.

  • You can post again later. Each send creates a new publication.
  • Each channel can have its own caption. The next send on that channel starts from the previous caption.
  • For Zalo, broadcasting to followers is off unless you turn it on for that send. Joy One does not track Zalo’s broadcast quota; the provider accepts or rejects the send.

Connect the page or OA under Workspace Settings → Plugins before the channel appears. See Messages for the same Zalo OA and Facebook Page connections used by the inbox.
