Documents
Documents is the internal wiki. Members write rich-text pages, nest them under each other, and group them with folders and projects.
The list and the open document stay on one screen layout, including Trash, so the sidebar does not reload every time you open a page.
Create a page
Open Documents
Click Documents in the left menu.
Add a page
Put it at the workspace level, inside a folder, or under another page. Nesting can go as deep as you need.
Write
Members who can edit the page can write together. Members who can only view it see a read-only page. A public share link is always read-only.
Joy One keeps a version snapshot when enough time has passed since the last one, so every keystroke does not become its own version.
Who can open it
| Access | Who can open the page inside the workspace |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Members of the workspace |
| Restricted | Only the members allowed on that page |
Share creates a public link. Anyone with the link can read the title and content. They do not get cursors or editing.
Trash
Move a page to trash when it should disappear from the tree. Restore it from Trash, or delete it permanently from there.
Archived and empty pages are dropped from AI search. The assistant only cites documents the current member is allowed to read.
