Combos
The left menu label is Combos. This screen covers two different lists: the package you sell, and the package a customer already owns.
The package you sell
When the workspace has no combo yet, the page is Set up combos. Create combos opens Create combo. Add the products or services, the quantity of each, and the package price.
After at least one package exists, two tabs appear:
| Tab | What it is |
|---|---|
| Combos | Packages already granted to a customer. The list title is List combos. |
| Configuration | The catalog of packages you sell. The list title is also List combos. Create another one with the same Create combo form. |
Products stays on physical items. Services is the service catalog. Neither list is where you build the package.
Where a granted combo comes from
| Source | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order | Created from a sale |
| Ticket | Created from a service ticket |
| Manual | Granted directly |
Creating again from the same source updates the existing combo instead of adding a duplicate.
Each row shows the customer, the time, the package name, and the products or services still remaining out of the total. Open History on a row to see that package. The + on the history table opens Add combo history, where you record a product and a quantity. Revert history removes that line, so the remaining quantity goes back up.
A granted combo can be Active, Inactive, Expired, Out of stock, or Source unavailable. Joy One refreshes the status when you open the combo.
