Surveys

Surveys collect a short satisfaction rating after a visit. Guests do not sign in. They pick one of four levels, and can then add a comment and contact details.

The menu name is Surveys.

The four levels

ScoreLabel
4Very satisfied
3Satisfied
2Not satisfied
1Poor

A score of 2 or 1 is a low rating. Low ratings notify the customer’s assignee, or members who can view customers, through the inbox.

Choosing a score saves the feedback immediately. The guest can still edit that same response for 30 minutes. Changing the score does not create a second feedback.

Two ways to collect feedback

Each main office and each branch has one stable public link. Copy it or download the QR as PNG, SVG, or PDF. The link is not tied to one customer and does not expire.

Put a tablet at the counter

Pair a kiosk with the main office or a branch. The rating screen shows the logo, the question, and the four choices. After a rating, the detail step resets on its own so the next guest does not see the previous answer.

The kiosk detail step lasts 45 seconds. A warning appears in the last 12 seconds. Touching, typing, or focusing the screen starts the full time again. The rating step itself does not count down.

Working the list

Open Surveys to see responses, update how each one is handled, and manage kiosks. Creating or revoking a kiosk, and downloading a branch QR, requires workspace settings access.

Joy One does not send high ratings to a public review site and hide low ones. Every score stays in Surveys.
