Analytics
Analytics is the report board for your workspace. It shows the same kind of metrics as the Dashboard, arranged so you can compare results across time, branch, and the modules you are allowed to see.
Open Analytics from the left menu. If it is missing, ask a workspace administrator to enable the module.
What you see
Each card is calculated on the server. Joy One does not ask the browser to recompute totals from raw orders or receipts.
- Cards stay in place while the workspace is still loading. They do not flash an empty or “no permission” state during that moment.
- A card that is still calculating shows a skeleton. If it is still pending after about a minute, the card shows an error and a Retry action.
- Which cards appear depends on your permissions. A member who cannot view receipts, for example, does not get receipt totals.
- The board refits when the page width changes. Cards do not animate while you resize the window or open the navigation.

Dental workspaces can also surface operating figures such as today’s visits and pending expenses. Those numbers follow the branch you are working in.
